Pyrox Labs Ltd is a company registered in England and Wales. We operate pyroxlabs.co.uk and supply research-grade biochemical compounds exclusively for independent scientific and laboratory research purposes. References to "we", "us" or "Pyrox Labs" in these terms refer to Pyrox Labs Ltd. You can verify our company registration on Companies House.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website or placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, Research Use Disclaimer and all other policies referenced herein. If you do not agree, you must not use our website or purchase our products.

3. Research Use Only

All products sold by Pyrox Labs are supplied strictly for in vitro laboratory research and independent scientific study only. By placing an order you confirm that:

• You are purchasing compounds for legitimate scientific research purposes only
• You are not purchasing for human consumption, self-administration or therapeutic use
• You are not purchasing on behalf of any person intending to use compounds for human consumption
• You have the appropriate knowledge, facilities and authorisations to handle research biochemicals
• You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding the purchase, handling and use of research compounds in your jurisdiction

Pyrox Labs reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order where we reasonably believe the above conditions are not met.

4. Eligibility

You must be aged 18 or over to purchase from Pyrox Labs. By placing an order you confirm you meet this requirement. We reserve the right to request proof of age and to cancel orders where this cannot be confirmed.

5. Products and Descriptions

We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, specifications and images are accurate. However, we reserve the right to correct any errors and to update product information at any time without notice. Product images are for illustrative purposes only.

All compounds are supplied in lyophilised (freeze-dried) research vial format unless otherwise stated. Batch numbers and documentation are available on request — see our Certificates of Analysis page.

6. Pricing

All prices are displayed in GBP (£) and are inclusive of any applicable VAT where stated. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. The price applicable to your order is the price displayed at the time of checkout.

7. Ordering

When you place an order on pyroxlabs.co.uk:

• You will receive an order confirmation email — this acknowledges receipt of your order but does not constitute acceptance
• Your order is accepted when we dispatch your goods and send a dispatch confirmation
• We reserve the right to decline any order at our discretion without providing a reason
• In the event of a pricing error, we will contact you before processing your order

8. Payment

Payment is required in full at the time of ordering. We accept payment via the methods displayed at checkout. All payment processing is handled securely. We do not store card details on our servers.

Orders will not be dispatched until payment has been confirmed and cleared.

9. Dispatch and Delivery

Please refer to our Shipping and Returns Policy for full details of dispatch times, delivery methods and international orders. Dispatch times are targets and not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by third-party carriers or circumstances beyond our control.

10. Returns and Refunds

Due to the sensitive and perishable nature of the research compounds we supply, returns and refunds are only accepted where an item is damaged, defective or incorrect on delivery, reported within 3 days of receipt. We are unable to accept returns of opened, used or reconstituted products under any circumstances. 11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• Pyrox Labs compounds are sold for research use only. We accept no liability for any harm, loss or damage arising from misuse, human consumption or use outside of legitimate laboratory research
• Our total liability to you in connection with any order shall not exceed the value of that order
• We are not liable for indirect, consequential or special losses including loss of profit, loss of data or business interruption
• Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or any liability that cannot be excluded by law

12. Intellectual Property

All content on pyroxlabs.co.uk including text, images, logos and design is the property of Pyrox Labs Ltd or our content licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute or use any content without our prior written permission.

13. Prohibited Uses

You must not use our website or products:

• For any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation
• To purchase compounds for human consumption or therapeutic use
• To resell compounds without our prior written agreement
• To attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems
• In any way that could damage, disable or impair our website

14. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
