Pyrox Labs FAQ
Welcome to the Pyrox Labs FAQ — answers to the most common questions about our compounds, ordering, shipping and research use.
⚗️ Pyrox Labs FAQ: Products
Questions about our compounds, availability and product details.
What compounds does Pyrox Labs stock?+
Pyrox Labs stocks a comprehensive range of research peptides and biochemical compounds including metabolic research compounds (SM1, TZ2, RT3), peptide compounds (NAD+, GHK-Cu, MOTS-C, IGF-1 LR3, Selank, Semax, SS-31, Tesamorelin, Cagrilintide), combination blends (BPC-157 + TB-500, CJC-1295 + Ipamorelin, Glow 70mg), research bundles and lab essentials. See our
full shop for current availability.
Can you source a compound not listed on your site?+
Possibly — email
[email protected] with the compound name and required quantity. We regularly expand our range based on researcher demand and will let you know availability and timelines. We cannot guarantee sourcing for all compounds.
What form are the compounds supplied in?+
All Pyrox Labs compounds are supplied in lyophilised (freeze-dried) powder form in sealed research vials. Lyophilised compounds are more stable during storage and transport than liquid solutions. They must be reconstituted with bacteriostatic water before use. See our
Reconstitution Guide for instructions.
What is the purity of your compounds?+
All Pyrox Labs compounds are independently tested by Janoshik Analytical and must meet a minimum purity of ≥98% by HPLC before being listed for sale. Full COA documentation including purity data is available on our
COA Hub page or on request by emailing
[email protected].
What is the difference between SM1, TZ2 and RT3?+
SM1 is a GLP-1 receptor mono-agonist. TZ2 is a dual GLP-1/GIP receptor agonist — adding GIP receptor pathway activation. RT3 is a triple GLP-1/GIP/Glucagon receptor agonist — the most complex of the three. See our
GLP-1 Research Guide for a full comparison.
Do you sell research bundles?+
Yes — we offer multi-vial research bundles for RT3 (30mg, 60mg, 80mg) and TZ2 (30mg, 40mg). Bundles offer better value per milligram for extended research protocols. All bundle vials come from the same batch as individual vials.

Do you ship internationally?+
Yes — we ship internationally. International orders are handled by email rather than the standard checkout. Email
[email protected] with your country and required compounds for a shipping quote. See our

Can I return a product?+
Returns and refunds are only accepted where an item is damaged, defective or incorrect on delivery, reported within 3 days of receipt. Due to the nature of research biochemicals we cannot accept returns of opened, used or reconstituted products under any circumstances. Email
[email protected] before returning any item. See our
Shipping & Returns policy for full details.
🔬 Research Use
Important questions about the research-only nature of our compounds, covered in this Pyrox Labs FAQ.
What does "research use only" mean?+
All Pyrox Labs compounds are supplied exclusively for in vitro laboratory research and independent scientific study. They are not licensed medicines, are not approved for human consumption, and must not be self-administered or used for therapeutic purposes. They are tools for scientific investigation in a laboratory setting only.
Can you provide medical advice or dosing guidance?+
No. Pyrox Labs does not provide medical advice, dosing recommendations or guidance on human use under any circumstances. Our compounds are for laboratory research only. Any enquiry of a medical nature will not receive a response. For medical concerns please consult a qualified healthcare professional.
How do I reconstitute a peptide compound?+
See our comprehensive
Reconstitution Guide which covers equipment needed, step-by-step instructions, dilution calculations and storage guidance. The key points are: use bacteriostatic water, add water slowly down the vial wall, swirl gently — never shake, and store reconstituted compounds refrigerated at 2–8°C.
How should I store research compounds?+
Lyophilised (powder) compounds should be stored at room temperature away from direct light and moisture. Once reconstituted, store refrigerated at 2–8°C and use within 28 days. Never freeze a reconstituted solution. See our
Reconstitution Guide for full storage information.
Is there an age restriction on purchasing?+
Yes — you must be 18 years of age or over to purchase from Pyrox Labs. By completing a purchase you confirm you meet this requirement. We reserve the right to request proof of age and cancel any order where this cannot be confirmed.

📋 Quality & COA
Questions about testing, verification and documentation, as covered in this Pyrox Labs FAQ.
Are your compounds independently tested?+
Yes — all Pyrox Labs compounds are independently tested by
Janoshik Analytical, a third-party laboratory. Test results are publicly verifiable via unique URLs on the Janoshik platform — you can verify any result yourself. See our
COA Hub for all current batch results.
What does a COA include?+
A Certificate of Analysis (COA) from Janoshik includes: compound identity confirmation by mass spectrometry, purity percentage by HPLC analysis, batch number, test date and the testing laboratory's details. Each result is publicly verifiable via a unique URL on the Janoshik website.
Can I request a COA for my order?+
What purity level should I expect?+
All compounds must meet a minimum purity of ≥98% by HPLC before being listed for sale. Many batches exceed this threshold. Exact purity for each batch is shown on the COA and on our
COA Hub page.
