Research has also linked Tβ4 to upregulation of VEGF (supporting angiogenesis) and modulation of inflammatory cytokine expression. TB-500 is frequently discussed alongside BPC-157 in the peptide-research community, based on the premise that Tβ4’s systemic cell-migration effects and BPC-157’s localised growth-factor signalling are complementary. Researchers should note that no published controlled study has directly evaluated a TB-500 + BPC-157 combination — the two compounds have been studied far more extensively in isolation, and any proposed combined effect remains an unproven hypothesis rather than an established research finding.
