Combination blends โ like our BPC-157 + TB-500, CJC-1295 (No DAC) + Ipamorelin, and GLOW 70 products โ get reconstituted and handled a little differently to single-compound vials, simply because you’re managing more than one peptide’s stability profile at once. This is a practical, protocol-agnostic guide to the handling considerations worth knowing before you start.
Start with the least stable compound in the vial
Every combination vial is only as stable as its most fragile constituent. GHK-Cu, for example, is markedly more light- and heat-sensitive than TB-500 or BPC-157 โ its copper complex is prone to catalysed hydrolysis in the presence of moisture and light. If a blend contains GHK-Cu (as GLOW 70 does), the storage and light-protection standards for GHK-Cu should govern how the whole vial is treated, even though the other constituent peptides might individually tolerate slightly less careful handling. The same logic applies to any blend: identify the least stable compound in the mix, and handle the whole vial to that standard.
Reconstitution technique doesn’t change
The mechanics of reconstitution โ sterile technique, swabbing vial tops, adding bacteriostatic water slowly down the inside wall of the vial rather than directly onto the powder, gentle swirling rather than shaking โ are identical for blends and single-compound vials. What changes is your record-keeping: label blend vials clearly with all constituent compounds and concentrations, since a single “mg” figure on a combination vial doesn’t tell you the individual concentration of each peptide inside it (Pyrox Labs lists each compound’s quantity separately on blend product pages and vial labels for this reason).
Watch for visual cues specific to each compound
Some peptides have expected visual characteristics that are easy to misread as a problem in a blend context. GHK-Cu solution naturally carries a pale blue tint from its copper complex โ normal, not contamination. If a blend containing GHK-Cu looks different from a straight GHK-Cu solution (cloudier, differently coloured), that’s more likely to reflect the other peptides present than a quality issue, but any persistent cloudiness or visible particulate after gentle swirling should be treated the same way you’d treat it in a single-compound vial: don’t use it.
Documentation matters more with blends
Every Pyrox Labs vial โ blend or single-compound โ ships with a Certificate of Analysis. For blends, take the extra step of cross-referencing each constituent compound’s individual CoA if your protocol requires compound-specific purity data, since a combined-product CoA may summarise identity and purity for the blend as supplied rather than breaking out each compound separately.
